Funded Places

2 Year Olds EECP

15 Hours Early Education and Childcare Places (EECP) for 2-Year-Olds

If you currently meet the eligibility criteria for EECP funding, you may be entitled to a maximum of 15 hours per week of funding per week, 38 weeks per year the term after your child’s second birthday.

Eligible children will have access to this funding until the child is eligible for the three-year-old nursery education funding which is the term after their third birthday.

Please visit Wandsworth’s Family Services website; Thrive, for more detailed information.

3 - 4 Year Old Funded Places

15 Hours Early Education and Childcare Places (EECP) for 3- and 4-Year-Olds

Funding for children aged 3 – 5 years old is also available through Wandsworth Council. All children are eligible for up to 15 hours of funding per week, 38 weeks per year, the term after they turn 3.

Please note, the EECP provided by Wandsworth Council for 3 and 4-year-old children does not cover the total fees at Alexander House Nursery. We provide a stretched entitlement as we are open for more than 38 weeks per year, therefore, the 15 hours of funding per week is slightly less to cover the additional weeks. Additionally, the EECP does not cover the  additional services and extra curricular activities programme which we provide at Alexander House Nursery.

For more detailed information regarding our funded fees, please email us.

3 - 4 Year Old Extended Funded Places

30 Hours Early Education and Childcare Places (EECP) for 3- and 4-Year-Olds

Some working parents will be able to claim an additional 15 hours of funded childcare. Parents will need to apply for additional funding themselves, more information is available on the Wandsworth’s Family Services website; Thrive.

As with the Universal EECP funding, Alexander House Nursery provides a stretched entitlement as we are open for more than 38 weeks per year, therefore, the 15 hours of funding per week is slightly less to cover the additional weeks.

If you have any questions regarding funding and fees, please feel free to email us or call us on 0208 870 0068 to speak to our Nursery Manager; Nathan.
